Super proud to say that this project is now complete and on the market. It was an absolute pleasure to update this beautiful home and welcome her into 2022. People often say a house had good bones and this one didn't disappoint. The hardwood floors were in great condition and just needed a little help to show off their brilliance. The lower level was initially a dark space. We brightened it up with paint and opened up the space to allow an easy flow into the completely updated kitchen. The beauty of this project is that nothing needed to be changed. The flow was already great. There are two "WOW" features of this home (at least to me) and they are the floor to ceiling windows on the main floor and the breath taking back yard. The possibilities for that back yard are amazing and when you sit in that main floor living room, you can look out over your own personal kingdom! I hope you all enjoyed sharing this project with me and I can't wait for the new owners to get their keys.
